Ivanti has introduced new Autonomous Endpoint Management capabilities, including predictive remediation, as it looks to help IT and security teams reduce endpoint risk, accelerate fixes and strengthen compliance through governed automation. The move builds on the Ivanti Neurons platform, which the company says turns trusted data into actionable workflows with built-in control.
The launch comes as enterprise teams face a difficult mix of rising cyber risk, AI-accelerated vulnerability discovery and sharply increasing patch volumes. Ivanti said many organisations still rely on fragmented tools and disconnected data, leaving teams with limited visibility and slower remediation when timing matters most.
To address that, Ivanti is pairing Autonomous Patch Management with predictive remediation. The goal is to move organisations away from reactive firefighting and towards a more outcome-driven model, where risks are identified, prioritised and addressed before they affect users or breach compliance windows. The company said the approach is designed to forecast remediation gaps, highlight blockers before SLA deadlines expire and automate routine patching without removing governance from the process.
Ivanti CEO Dennis Kozak said AI is only as effective as the data behind it. He said the company’s strength in data authority, autonomous workflows and governance is a key differentiator, adding that success in the AI era requires more than automation alone. According to Kozak, customers want trusted data, rich context, strong governance and the ability to act with control.
Ivanti said its platform now serves as a system of record for IT and security operations, enabling teams to continuously discover, assess, prioritise and remediate issues before they disrupt business users. That combines endpoint management, digital experience management and self-healing capabilities in a single framework intended to improve resilience and operational confidence.
Paul Higdon, vice president of enterprise applications at ResultsCX, said his organisation is focused on using AI and automation to strengthen operations at scale. He said Ivanti’s investment in AI and automation aligns with that aim by turning trusted data into action, while giving his team greater confidence in the decisions they make and the outcomes they deliver.
The broader industry trend is clear: endpoint management is shifting from manual response to predictive and autonomous action. As attack surfaces expand and patch demand intensifies, security leaders are under pressure to combine speed with control. Ivanti is positioning its latest capabilities as a way to do both, by linking data, automation and governance more tightly across endpoint operations.
