Gartner VP analyst, Richard Addiscott discusses four of the top nine cybersecurity trends for 2024. Generative AI (GenAI), unsecure employee behaviour, third-party risks, continuous threat exposure, boardroom communication gaps and identity-first approaches to security are the driving forces behind this year's trends.
According to Addiscott, staying current on cybersecurity trends and best practices is critical to managing the evolving threats and exposures that organizations face.
