KnowBe4 has launched AIDA Orchestration, an AI-powered agent designed for autonomous management of human risk within cybersecurity frameworks. Among CISOs in Asia there is a need for tailored security training - an issue becoming paramount as cyber threats evolve.

The AIDA Orchestration agent streamlines the process of creating, scheduling, and managing personalised phishing security tests (PSTs) and security awareness training (SAT).

By automating these processes, the platform drastically cuts down the time required for setup from hours to seconds, allowing security teams to redirect their efforts towards strategic initiatives while effectively lowering organisational risk.

One of the standout features of AIDA Orchestration is its individual-focused personalization, which delivers custom tests and training based on real-time user performance.

This shift from generic group training to targeted education aligns well with the insights from the KnowBe4 State of Human Risk Report 2025, which identifies AI-driven threats as a top concern for cybersecurity leaders. The report highlights the challenges posed by rapidly evolving AI threats, with 45% of leaders citing them as their biggest challenge.

Brian Palma

Bryan Palma, CEO of KnowBe4, emphasized the transformative nature of AIDA Orchestration: “By moving from static, one-size-fits-all campaigns to an always-on, autonomous system, we are enabling security teams to deliver the right training at the right time.”

This ensures that employee training is not only relevant but also timely, addressing the immediate risks posed by cyber adversaries who are increasingly leveraging AI to craft sophisticated attacks tailored to specific targets.

The AIDA Orchestration agent also features continuous monitoring of the threat landscape, allowing it to adjust its strategies without human intervention. This capability is particularly advantageous in Asia, where the cybersecurity landscape is rapidly changing due to the adoption of digital technologies and a growing reliance on remote workforces.

Moreover, the agent integrates seamlessly with other AIDA components to reinforce a cohesive approach to security training, which is vital as organisations seek to cultivate a security-focused culture among employees.

Administrators can still exercise strategic oversight through defined "Plans," ensuring that training remains aligned with organisational objectives while utilising the efficiency of automation.
